Great Tastes at Jasmine Valley The Restaurant. In Jasmine Valley we have two open kitchens. One is part of the wood-fire pizza restaurant, and the other is where most of our other goodies are prepared. There are several places to dine, by the pool, in a small, private gazebo, in the pizza restaurant, at the bar or cafe. The idea is that there's room for everybody, with intimate spaces as well as open areas to suit your preference. Our menu, new in 2011, should be in full production by the end of October. At the time of writing, we're just brushing up the language necessary for our staff to serve you well, and rehearsing a couple of final dishes. You can see the new menu here. Included in your room price is a hearty breakfast. You can see a breakfast menu here. At Jasmine Valley, we already have many tropical fruits growing such as mango, papaya, jackfruit, sour sop, star fruit, durian, cashew... but this has really only just begun. We plan to create a jungle of tropical fruits, which will all eventually be available in the Jasmine Valley restaurant. Already, most of our breakfast fruit is fresh from the Jasmine Valley. In 2009, we planted out what we believe to be the first macadamia orchard in Cambodia. We're also planting mangosteen, sugarcane, lots of vegetables and herbs, coffee and pepper. It'll be a few years before you can eat from some of the trees, but we will have plenty of fruit right from the start. Jasmine Valley is very close to the Kep market, where we will source good supplies of very fresh seafood - still alive - to be served in the Jasmine Valley restaurant.
